I wanted to bring to your attention the fine customer service from Conestoga Mall, Waterloo, ON. She was able, on last minute notice, to replace 3 buttons on my winter overcoat – between doing measurings and handling lots of clients, who were coming and going, at the time. What made this such a rush, was that I had to attend a funeral the next day, and having not worn this coat since last winter, I was stuck. I was particularly impressed when she finished off the sewing of the last button herself, at the counter, to get me on my way before closing. It’s not often I find this degree of commitment to customer needs; but as a college Customer Service instructor – I take note of it, when I do. Thank you.

Just a quick note to say that the folks at the Stitch it in the Rideau Center (Ottawa) are terrific! I take everything there to be altered (and at 5’1″ everything needs to be altered). They do a great job, they are friendly and when I have a problem (which is very rare) they fix it without any hassle. So a thank you to all the folks at this store who help me to look tailored!

“I want to comment on the fantastic service I receive at the Pickering Town Centre location. Maurine Charles is the only person I trust with my suits and jeans. I came back from overseas with a number of new suits and I was nervous as to where to take them because I would not be able to get another pair of pants for my suits. I have since taken pants that I got taken up at another location to her to fix. Please let her know what an exceptional job she does.”
Another customer in BC had alterations done incorrectly at another store on her wedding dress. She came into the store very sad, hoping that someone could fix her ruined dress. The ladies at Park Royal also did an exceptional job saving a customer’s wedding dress 24 hours before the wedding. The customer was extremely thankful and sent a Thank you card with a photo of her and her new husband on their wedding day. She wrote the following:

I want to let you know what a pleasure it is to visit your store in the Erin Mills Town Centre. My last visit was just after Christmas the the store was extremely busy during my visit. Everyone was treated with courtesy and didn’t have to wait very long. Thank you for making everyone feel special.
